Bio
Emma grew up with a love for science and animals. Their passion for nutrition began by researching plant-based diets to determine whether it was possible to achieve a healthy lifestyle aligned with their ethical beliefs and preferences. After discovering how to successfully align their values with their health goals, they developed a strong interest in studying nutrition to help others harness its benefits. As they continued their education in nutritional science, Emma's focus expanded to the role of nutrition in the prevention and management of chronic conditions. They believe that—while remaining mindful of social determinants of health—it is possible to build a healthy and sustainable lifestyle using nutrition as a powerful tool. Whether an individual follows a plant-based diet or not, Emma is committed to helping clients achieve their personal health goals through sustainable, balanced habits, guided by a nonjudgmental and inclusive approach.
