We’re actively seeking a compassionate and engaging Licensed Telehealth Therapist (LMHC, LCMHC, LCSW, LICSW, or LMFT) with an active state license and the ability to practice independently. The ideal candidate is motivated, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering exceptional virtual care while promoting whole-body wellness within an integrated network.

Role / Responsibilities

Meet with patients and provide care exclusively online through the Modyfi Telehealth platform:

  • Provide high-quality virtual psychotherapy to clients located in Florida, North Carolina, and/or Massachusetts.

  • Maintain a minimum of 16 patient hours per week (24+ patient hours per week preferred for optimal caseload flow).

  • Conduct thorough initial evaluations, treatment planning, and clean clinical documentation within our digital-first workflow.

  • Leverage our marketing and referral infrastructure to ramp up and maintain your ideal caseload.

  • Collaborate across our  network—connecting with psychiatric providers and functional nutritionists when integrated care is indicated.

Experience & Skills

  • Required Licensure: Hold an active, independent, unencumbered license to practice therapy in Florida (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT), North Carolina (LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT), or Massachusetts (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT).

  • Clinical Comfort: Experience delivering individual psychotherapy within a digital-first telehealth platform.

  • Digital Infrastructure: Dependable high-speed internet, dedicated computer hardware, and a private, HIPAA-compliant remote workspace.

  • Integrative Mindset: Enthusiasm for working in an environment that values whole-body care, human connection, and evidence-based practice.
