Request a Refill

If you’re an existing patient and running low on your prescription, we’ve made refills simple and stress-free. For your safety and continuity of care, all prescription refills must be requested directly through Modyfi, and we are unable to process refill requests sent from pharmacies. If you are not yet an established patient, you will need to establish care with one of our licensed providers before medications are able to be sent.
