Bio
Bethany Hafle is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with additional certification in telebehavioral health, who practices integrative psychiatry — caring for each person as an individual rather than focusing only on a diagnosis. Her career, from flight nursing to inpatient behavioral health, taught her to stay calm and thorough with the most complex cases. She treats mental and physical health together, grounded in evidence-based care, and makes sure patients understand all their options — medication, nutrition, sleep, and movement — so they can make real choices about their care. Bethany provides trauma-informed psychiatric care and medication management for adults and teens with ADHD, anxiety, and mood disorders.
