Mark Ripley is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and exercise therapist who specializes in helping people move better, feel stronger, and build lasting confidence—no matter their starting point. Mark’s approach is shaped by personal experience. At age 13, he struggled with severe depression and found movement to be a turning point in reclaiming control of his life. With the guidance of a mentor, he committed to learning strength training and movement fundamentals, transforming both physically and mentally over several years. That experience sparked a lifelong passion for fitness as a tool for resilience, healing, and personal growth. Professionally, Mark has over a decade of experience working with a wide range of individuals, from beginners and aging adults to athletes and those managing joint pain or mobility challenges. He holds advanced credentials including CSCS, Pain-Free Performance Specialist (PPSC), Functional Movement Screening (FMS), Functional Aging Specialist, and Nutrition Specialist certifications. His work emphasizes safe, intentional movement, education, and long-term sustainability rather than quick fixes. Mark is known for his patient, supportive coaching style and his ability to meet people where they are. He focuses on creating an environment where learning feels approachable, progress feels achievable, and movement becomes a source of confidence rather than intimidation.
