Meagan Lampley, MS, RDN, LDN
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
"As a non-diet and HAES-aligned dietitian, I believe that every body is worthy of respect, care, and nourishment without the pressure to lose weight. Through my counseling, I strive to create an environment that is weight-inclusive. I believe that our body size does not determine health—which is why I focus on creating sustainable behaviors that lead to long-lasting health instead of pursuing weight loss. I walk alongside my clients, empowering them to find food freedom by redefining their definition of health, reconnecting with their body’s innate cues, and embracing intuitive eating."
