Patrick Brown, PMHNP BC, DipACLM is the Founder and Medical Director of Modyfi, a telehealth mental health practice serving individuals in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington DC. He is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a diplomate of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. Patrick provides integrative, evidence based psychiatric care that addresses both symptoms and root causes. His approach combines medication management with lifestyle and functional medicine, focusing on sleep, movement, nutrition, and social connection to support long term mental wellness. He works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorder, and other mood and thought conditions. Patrick earned his Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Maryland, Baltimore and completed his psychiatric training at Eastern Kentucky University. He founded Modyfi to make high quality, personalized care accessible and effective through a whole person lens.
