"My goal is to create a space where patients feel comfortable showing up as their authentic selves — seen, heard, and supported without judgment. With nearly 10 years of experience in psychiatric care, I've learned that meaningful healing begins with connection, trust, and understanding each person's unique story. My approach is collaborative and holistic, recognizing that mental health is shaped by many parts of life — our relationships, sleep, nutrition, and emotional well-being — and always looking beyond symptoms to support the whole person."
