"I believe meaningful healing happens when we care for the whole person — their mind, body, relationships, and lived experiences. My work is grounded in the integration of evidence-based psychotherapy, public health principles, and somatic approaches to support clients in understanding their stories, building resilience, and creating sustainable change. I am passionate about collaborative care and the opportunity to work alongside other wellness professionals to support each person's unique path toward healing."

Bio

Sarah is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia and Louisiana, with master's degrees in public health and counseling. She provides trauma-informed, integrative psychotherapy through a narrative-somatic approach that honors the connection between mind, body, and lived experience. Her work focuses on adults navigating trauma, anxiety, chronic stress and illness, caregiving, and life transitions, with a special interest in supporting veterans, caregivers, and those who have spent years serving or carrying significant responsibility. Drawing on over five years teaching Yoga Nidra, meditation, and somatic practices, Sarah integrates mindfulness, breathwork, and movement to support whole-person healing.
