Attendance Policy
Attendance Policy
To ensure the success of our scheduled sessions and maintain fairness for all participants, the following attendance policy will be enforced:
Session Commitment:
Participants are required to attend at least eight (8) out of the ten (10) scheduled sessions on Wednesday evenings from 5pm-6pm between Wed Jan 22nd and Wed Mar 26th.
Attendance is vital to achieving the intended outcomes of the program and fostering a collaborative environment.
No-Show Fee:
Participants who fail to meet the minimum attendance requirement of eight (8) sessions will be charged a no-show fee of $50 per session missed.
This fee is intended to cover the cost of having three highly skilled providers in each group session and ensure accountability.
Exceptional Circumstances:
Exceptions to this policy may be considered in the case of documented emergencies or other extenuating circumstances. Please contact the clinic as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please notify the clinic at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
By enrolling in this program, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this attendance policy.
