Attendance Policy

To ensure the success of our scheduled sessions and maintain fairness for all participants, the following attendance policy will be enforced:

  1. Session Commitment:

    • Participants are required to attend at least eight (8) out of the ten (10) scheduled sessions on Wednesday evenings from 5pm-6pm between Wed Jan 22nd and Wed Mar 26th.

    • Attendance is vital to achieving the intended outcomes of the program and fostering a collaborative environment.

  2. No-Show Fee:

    • Participants who fail to meet the minimum attendance requirement of eight (8) sessions will be charged a no-show fee of $50 per session missed.

    • This fee is intended to cover the cost of having three highly skilled providers in each group session and ensure accountability.

  3. Exceptional Circumstances:

    • Exceptions to this policy may be considered in the case of documented emergencies or other extenuating circumstances. Please contact the clinic as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

    • If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please notify the clinic at least 24 hours in advance when possible.

By enrolling in this program, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this attendance policy.
