Mental Health Therapist

“You can expect an unstructured, non-judgmental discussion on what brings you to therapy. I will give you an overview of what the therapeutic process may look like, and you will have an opportunity to ask questions or voice any concerns – I believe that therapy is a truly collaborative process.”
