I will give you an overview of what the therapeutic process may look like, and you will have an opportunity to ask questions or voice any concerns. My primary theoretical orientation is person-centered with an emphasis on cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and systems theory. I am passionate about working with individuals belonging to minority populations, including ethnic minority individuals, immigrant families, and international students.”
